1. The video is not loading, what should I do?
If the video says "temporarily unavaible", you can click on anywhere but the play button in the video window. It will bring you to Megavideo or site the video is hosted at. Somehow, the video is playable at the host site.

If your video has sound but no image, you should restart your computer because somehow people watching for first time always have problems. Virtually, all reported working afterward. (note: make sure you have the lastest flash plugin version)

2. Why I couldn't watch the whole Myspace video?
If you were watching the Myspace video and it suddenly finishes, then you should just wait another 15 or 30 minutes depending on the length of the video because the video was probably freshly uploaded and Myspace needs some time to convert the whole video.

Note: Make sure you get the latest free Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.

3. Why the video has no sound?
Make sure your speakers are on first. If you still don't hear any sound, you should restart your computer because the chances are very high that the flash sound plugin had crashed when the video was loading.
